What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team before initiating a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress. If you haven’t received this email within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
What are my shipping options?
We currently offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within North America.
Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days for most regions.
International shipping: Delivery times vary by country; duties and taxes may apply. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.
How do pre-orders work?
When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving an item before it becomes available.
Payment is processed at checkout to secure your order, and you will receive an estimated ship date on the product page.
Once your pre-order item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately at no extra cost.
