Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

ALET Apparel is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or supply chain disruptions.

Minor variations in colour, fit, or print placement may occur due to custom production and are not considered defects.

By placing an order, the retailer agrees to these terms and confirms responsibility for reviewing product specifications, timelines, and sizing prior to purchase.
